Everything you
want to know.
Straight answers to what urgent care physicians and practice managers ask us most — including the skeptical ones.
Before each visit, you review a pre-generated list of suggested ICD-10 codes and tap to confirm. That’s it. CoScript pulls the data, does the analysis, and writes the confirmed codes back to your claim — all automatically. You practice medicine exactly the way you do today. You just capture more of it.
Your EHR suggests codes while you’re documenting — after the visit has already happened. CoScript analyzes patient history before you walk in the room and surfaces missed opportunities from prior visits. It also provides confidence scoring ranked by reimbursement weight. And because it sits above the EHR layer, your insights aren’t locked into one system.
No — it’s designed to speed up the cognitive load, not add to it. Instead of mentally reconstructing a patient’s history mid-visit, you see a 30-second summary before you walk in. Most physicians find the pre-visit review replaces time they were already spending pulling up charts.
The pre-visit checklist review: under 30 seconds. Code confirmation: another 10–15 seconds. On a 40-patient day that’s roughly 15–20 minutes total — in exchange for capturing significantly more revenue per visit and walking into every room already oriented to the patient.
CoScript is optimized for urgent care and primary care — high-volume, short-encounter environments with a mix of acute and chronic conditions. That’s exactly where the missed-code problem is most costly. We’re starting with urgent care pilots and expanding from there.
CoScript is built to be EHR-agnostic. We’re launching with Athena Health integration and expanding to additional EHRs based on our pilot partners’ needs. If you’re on a different system, tell us — that directly shapes our integration roadmap.
For practices on supported EHRs, we’re designed to get you up and running in days, not months. No hardware, no IT project, no rip-and-replace. Our team handles the integration end-to-end and walks your staff through onboarding.
Minimal. Your practice manager needs about an hour during onboarding to confirm EHR access and review the workflow. Physicians need about 15 minutes to see the product in action. Staff training is not required — CoScript doesn’t change how your front desk or MA team operates.
Yes. CoScript is built with HIPAA compliance requirements in mind from the ground up — enterprise-grade encryption, secure cloud infrastructure, role-based access controls. We sign Business Associate Agreements (BAAs) with every partner practice before going live.
Your patient data is used solely to generate coding suggestions for your practice. We do not sell, share, or aggregate patient data across practices. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is strictly limited to your authorized users.
A structured, short-term engagement where we integrate CoScript into your practice, run it alongside your existing workflow, and measure the impact on code capture. No long-term commitment required. We want to earn your trust with results, not a contract.
Pilot partners receive access at no cost during the evaluation period. Ongoing pricing is based on practice size and visit volume. Reach out and we’ll put together a proposal that makes sense for your practice — no surprises.
Fill out our contact form and someone from our team will reach out within 24 hours to schedule a 15-minute call.
